Positivity

The comments on my last post got me thinking! I need to be more positive about my running and not be so hard on myself when I don't quite meet a goal I've set (or my plan has set). I tend to have a very defeatest attitude when something doesn't quite go to plan and that's not good for anyone! Thanks for the reminder everyone :-)

  3. AAAAmen sistahh :) you should absolutely give yourself credit for all the hard work you put in and the great things you are doing!!!!!

    and mayyyjor confession i totally spaced on the core challenge. i think i did 2 planks in that whole time. sigh. i've been being active at least, and i have started to do my knee exercises again b/c basketball is bothering my knee a bit (i tore my ACL in college). and a lot of the exercises are balance based and i bet they are good for the core, too. :) but you continue to be an inspiration!!!!!!! there is definitely a trickle-down effect!!!! so you should pride yourself on that, too :)
