4 TBS oil
4 cups oats

1 cup cranberries/raisins
4 TBS xylitol
1/2 tsp salt

Directions
  • preheat oven to 160c
  • mix the honey, applesauce and oil in one bowl (or jug)
  • mix the dry ingredients except for the dried fruit

  • mix the wet with the dry
  • spread thinly onto two baking sheets
  • bake for 45-60 minutes until golden brown (I stirred mine several times during the baking too)

  2. Wow, granola is certainly doing the rounds at the moment! I couldn't make this though, it'd be like crack to me. I'd put it on everything. Even salads! Great recipe though -- really straightforward. I like that :)
