Manny Pacquiao Workout

We did a workout Mike found on the rosstraining forums today, the Manny Pacquiao workout, if it's good enough for him I'll give it a go!

Manny Pacquiao Workout
12/14/16/18/20 Burpees (increase by two each round)
50 Star Jumps
100 High Knee Dumbell Press
15 Neider Press (10kg bar)

x 5 rounds = 12.10

15 minutes of continuous core work including planks, leg raises, v-ups etc.

I won't be doing any more training tonight as I'm just about to go and get ready to go out for tea for my gran's 80th birthday, I can't believe she's 80 she does so much! She's definately where I got my love for cooking from she's the best cook, I could make a sandwhich with the exact same ingredients and hers would always taste so much better!

Right I'm off to pick my outfit! Hope everyone has a good night.
