Rest Day
On my rest days I've decided I will post my weekly totals for pull-ups, chin-ups, push-ups and miles so I can see my improvements and make sure I'm increasing my running sensibly.
Miles - 4
Pull-ups - 5 (partial reps)
Chin-ups - 25
Push-ups - 156
